It comes with:
- 12 doughnuts,
- 2 pairs of tongs,
- a doughnut dice,
- a teacup and
- a curved saucer.
The level of difficulty can be changed by stacking the doughnuts on the teacup or without.
Each player gets one point for each successful stack. The dice indicates the number of doughnuts to be stacked or removed, as well as the type of doughnut. The game ends when the doughnuts topple. Overall, a fun game that involves balancing skills and a little bit of counting fun! :)
Inspired by this doughnut game, we came up with these Doughnut Themed activities!
Doughnut Shop!
The idea of this activity is to match and prepare the customer's orders according to the order cards! I've also included the individual doughnuts for printing and cutting.

Making Doughnuts!
In line with our doughnut theme, we made real doughnuts for tea time today!
A really simple recipe that C and I used here: Quick and Easy Doughnuts
Dry ingredients: Flour, baking powder, salt and milk powder. |
Wet ingredients: Egg, vanilla, shortening. We mixed the sugar in too. |

Rolling into mini doughnut balls! |
Deep fry the doughnut balls. Ensure the oil is not too hot, otherwise the outside will brown too fast, leaving the inside under cooked. |
Pretty tasty! |
Hope these will give you some ideas for some learning fun! Wishing all a great week ahead! :)
